Its time to start to say goodbye to the warm Summer days, and hello to crisp Fall weather, apple cider and pumpkin flavored…..everything!

Upcoming weekends will be full of corn mazes, books and getting lost in time. So if you are looking for something fun to do with your family this fall, take a look at this list we have put together of some of the Fall Fun on the Farm and other fun events around the state!

Webers Cider Mill Farm
Barnyard Family Fun – Autumn is a magical time on the farm, when everything from apples to pumpkins are ready for harvest. Enjoy a day of family fun, enjoying the fine fall weather. Barnyard Fun is available with the purchase of a general admission ticket and includes:
1 Hayride per person, Straw Maze & Mini Maze for the younger ones, The Boo Barn, Giant Hillside Slide, Mini-tractor ride, Duck Races, Farm Animals & Tire Mountain.

Baughers
Enjoy our scenic hay wagon ride across beautiful Carroll County farmland as you are taken to the pumpkin field where you can stay as long as you like, searching for pumpkins that are just your style! The wagons also go to our pick your own apple orchards! Fall Festivities include a Pumpkin Bounce, Pony Rides, Petting Zoo, Face Painting, Scarecrow Making, Kettle Korn, and Food Vendors.

Beachmont Farm
The Beachmont Corn Maze is fun for the whole family!  Get ready for an adventure in their 6-acre interactive corn maze (Pirate Theme) with 2+ miles of pathways during the day, or join for an adventure in the dark.  Flashlight Nights are every Friday and Saturday night with celebrations around a blazing bonfire!

Other activities included are:
Hayride, Inflatable Jousting, Skee Ball, Giant Ball Slinger, Rubber Ducky Race, Straw Bale Maze, Pebble Beach Play Box, Football Follies, Baseball Throw and Corn Bag Toss!

Rodgers Farm
Large Farm Corn Maze & Pick-Your-Own-Pumpkin from their pumpkin patch! Visit the Farm Animal Zoo Including: Cows, Pigs, Turkeys, Chickens, Sheep & More! A Mini Maze for younger kids, Large Picnic Area, Corn Sandbox, Authentic Tee Pee and a Hay Play Area Offering local produce so you can take home the taste of farm fresh produce, Farm fresh Apples & Cider and Farm Grown Seasonal Decorations.

Clark Elioak Farm
Fun for the whole family! Entrance to the farm includes visiting the petting farm animals, Enchanted Forest attractions, mazes, play areas, slides AND the HAYRIDE to the Pumpkin Patch. All pumpkins in the Patch are kid-sized pumpkins. The Hayride takes you to the Patch or you can walk into the Patch – it’s easy to get there. Everyone can go to the Patch, but you need a orange ticket ($2.75) or cash for each pumpkin you take from the Patch.

Maryland Zoo Boo
Friday October 27 – Sunday October 29 , 2017 @ 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
It’s the most spooktacular time of the year at the Maryland Zoo! Get your costume ready and join in for free trick-or-treating, costume contests, fun carnival games, bounce houses, live entertainment, yummy food and more! It’s bound to be a frightfully fun & wild time.

Maryland Irish Festival
Timonium, MD – Nov 10 to Nov 12, 2017
A cultural event with workshops, demonstrations, traditional food, Irish Dancers, live music, food, beer, and arts and crafts.

Festival of Trees by Kennedy Krieger Institute Inc.
Timonium, MD – Nov 11 – Nov 26, 2017
Even with all those elves, Santa himself couldn’t have designed a better fantasy world than Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Festival of Trees. It’s a three-day extravaganza of fairyland forests, gingerbread towns and toy train gardens, complemented by over 100 craft boutiques, holiday goodies and activities for kids of all ages. You can also enjoy a special line-up of nightly entertainment for the whole family!
